Herbert Brazeal Obituary
Our beloved Herbert Brazeal went to be with our Lord on August 28, 2014. He died peacefully in his home in La Vernia, Texas at the age of 82. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Yoshiko. He is survived by his loving children Sherley and her husband Michael Upchurch, Mary and her husband Daniel Hughes, and Herbert Jr. and his wife, Sandra Brazeal and his cherished grandchildren Michael, Christopher, Brandon, Dustin, Daniel and Travis, and his precious great grandchildren Dakota, Montana, Elise and Claire. Herbert served in the Army for 20 years and was decorated with a Purple Heart during the Vietnam War. He loved his country, state and church and was very proud to have served. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 4, 2014 at 12:30 pm at Eisenhaur Road Baptist Church located at 3950 Eisenhauer Road, San Antonio, Texas. Herbert is now reunited with his loving wife. He was a great man and a kind soul and loved his family and church very much. Herbert is at peace with our Lord and will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew and loved him!

My Uncle Herbert, one of the greatest men I have ever known. He never met a stranger and would make you feel special ,even if he just met you. When you had a conversation with him, you had his undivided attention. He was very much in love with Aunt Yoshi, just the mention of her name made his face light up. They are together now, never to be parted again. I love you so much Uncle Herbert and have many fond memories of you. Please give Mom, Uncles James and Johnny and Aunt Francis and Mary big hugs for me
