They celebrated their 42nd anniversary in December. Paul was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He is also survived by two sisters Patsy (Jack) Flowers and Elizabeth (Grady) Mixon, and grandchildren Anthony, Kaylee, Ethan, Lyla, RJ, and Stella. Paul's parents, Kellis and Estelle, and brother Ronald preceded him in death. Paul grew up in Glennville, Georgia and joined the Navy after high school where he served for four years. He met and married Audrianne Larsen while in college in Utah. After several years, he moved to Bancroft, Idaho and worked with his Father-in-law for eight years, before returning to Salt Lake City. He then joined the Utah Air National Guard, in an active duty Air Force position (AGR). He retired after 22 years of service as a Senior Master Sergeant. Paul then went on to work at the Federal Aviation Administration as an Safety Inspector.
