Mary Margaret Krammes, 67, formerly of Schuylkill Haven, a resident of Manor of Perry Village, New Bloomfield, passed away Wednesday at Harrisburg Hospital.

Born in Schuylkill Haven, Oct. 28, 1946, she was a daughter of the late James F. and Mary Carlin Krammes.

She lived in Harrisburg from 1974 until 2006.

She was a 1964 graduate of Schuylkill Haven High School and received a bachelor's degree in history from Penn State University in 1972.

Mary was employed as an adjuster by the Social Security Disability Administration from 1974 until retiring in 2002.

Mary was a former member of St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Schuylkill Haven, and a member of St. Margaret Mary Roman Catholic parish, Penbrook.

She is survived by cousins, including Stanley Krammes and his wife, Arlis, New Bloomfield, her caregivers since 2001.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Ambrose Roman Catholic Church, Schuylkill Haven, with Monsignor Edward Zemanik officiating. A viewing will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass at the church. Interment will follow Mass at St. Ambrose Cemetery, Schuylkill Haven.
