Robert Keffer Obituary
Born in York, he was a longtime resident of Pottsville and resided in Yardley for the past 22 years.
Bob was the logistics manager for Solvay USA Inc. based in Princeton, N.J. He was a graduate of Penn State University and held an MBA from Monmouth University.
Bob's lifetime love of rock 'n' roll was reflected in his extensive collection of vinyl records.
A son of the late Robert Keffer, he is survived by his wife, Terry Keffer, and his mother, Dawn.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at FitzGerald-Sommer Funeral Home, 17 S. Delaware Ave., Yardley. Friends may call from noon until the commencement of the services.

Dear Terry,
Matthew and I still in disbelief of what has happened. We were in Mexico when the sad news reached us, and we are so sorry we couldn't be there to offer our support and to express our deepest condolences. Please know you and Bob hold a special place in our hearts! We will never forget Bob. He was a sweet and always so kind. I/We enjoyed our moments together. Please let us know if there is anything we could ever asssist you with, anything at all!

Dear MWK. I could not believe the sad news. I have no words except he is gone much much too soon. He leaves behind another hole. Hoping BB is with you. I'm keeping you close at heart in my prayers and know Bob is safe, with your big brother, our leader, and others. I know we all want to live in the light that will bring our loved ones joy from above - it's the only way. Family. Friends. Live. The Walters family is strong. The fighting spirit is there. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Keffer family. Bob was extremely dedicated to his work, but I will always remember him as one of the kindest and friendliest people I have ever met. He had huge heart, and it shined through every day. He will truly be missed.

I had the pleasure to know Bob for about 25 years. I am unable to properly express the loss that I feel with his passing. Bob was a friendly, knowledgeable and overall outstanding individual. I consider Bob as my NJ big brother. He welcomed me and my family to NJ in 1998. He was generous with sharing his expert logistics experiences and always would make the time to coach me on professional and personal issues. I was so excited when Bob first introduced me as his friend and I remember that day fondly. It still makes me smile. We lost a solid man last Friday.

When I first started with Rhodia 10 years ago, I first met Bob and recognized immediately on first impression that he was a special person. One of the best. I'll miss you Bob but you will always have a place in my heart for this gentle soul.
