Obituary Condolences

John M. AARING Died Dec. 13, 2010 in Lynnwood, WA; born to Tom and Ethel Aaring in Spokane, WA on April 4, 1919. He was a resident of Yakima from 1956 to 2009. John served in the Army during WWII; followed by a 40-year career with Pacific NW Bell. He was a Chapter President of the Telephone Co. Pioneers. He enjoyed shrimping and crabbing, and loved the Seahawks. John is survived by his wife of 54 years, Jean; his son, John Thomas and daughter, Shelly (Paul) Swenson; grandchildren, Tristen and Erika; and his great grandchildren, Carson and Ava; as well as his sister, Ruth Marshall of Clarkston, ID. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Linda Wagner; three brothers and two sisters. A Viewing and Memorial Reception will be held from 2:00 -4:00 p.m. on Sat., Dec. 18, 2010 at Beck's Funeral Home, 405 Fifth Ave. S, Edmonds, (425) 771-1234.
