Obituary Condolences

Judith Marie Marshall COLLINS

Born October 7, 1941 in Seattle, the daughter of Bryon and Katharine Marshall. She died May 9th in Bremerton. Judy, as she was known to family and friends, spent her first five years in Port Angeles before her parents moved back to Seattle. She grew up in the Green Lake-Wallingford area and was a 1959 Lincoln High School graduate. She attended the University of Washington and went on to spend her career first as a surgical nurse at Children's Hospital and later as an ob-gyn nurse for private practice doctors.

Outgoing and generous of spirit, Judy made friends easily. She had a wonderful sense of humor, but her greatest strength was her life-long courage in facing severe health and medical obstacles. She touched the lives of so many people who will remember her-and smile.

She was predeceased by her husband, Dick, and is survived by her son, Michael, and granddaughter, Adrianna, both of Bremerton.

A Funeral Mass will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Benedict Catholic Church, 1805 N. 49th, Seattle. Remembrances may be sent to Children's Hospital, 4800 Sand Point Way N. E., Seattle, 98105.
