William "Bill" Howard McCutchan,
age 87, of Seattle, WA passed away peacefully on February 7, 2014, surrounded by loved ones. He was born August 31, 1926 in Hancock County, Illinois, to the late G. Clarence and Ruth (Pickinpaugh) McCutchan.
William is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, M. Jeanne McCutchan; five children, William Jr. (Jane), Sondra, Jim, Hal (Cheri), and Scott (Lisa) McCutchan; nine grandchildren; one great grandchild; two sisters, Betty Johnson and Pat (Gayle) Green; sister-in-law, Julie (Harold) McCutchan; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. William was preceded in death by his brother, Harold McCutchan, nephew, Mike House, and brothers-in-law, Carroll (Betty) Johnson and Bill (Pat) White.
William proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was deeply loved by many, and will be missed.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 15 at Craven Farm in Snohomish, WA (13817 Short School Road). In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in William's memory to your local Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW).
