Ader, Lawrence R. "Larry"

Lawrence "Larry" R. Ader, 52, of Madison, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday, March 29, 2013.

Larry was born on August 16, 1960 in Sheboygan a son to Robert and Rita (Sonntag) Ader. He attended Ss. Cyril and Methodius Catholic School, Farnsworth Jr. High and graduated from Sheboygan South High School in 1978. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Computer Engineering. He was employed with various businesses which included IBM, Amdahl, Sun Microsystems, Cray Research and more recently Reality Works. Though Larry did not reside in Sheboygan he continued to support the community through volunteering annually with the Jaycees Brat Days and Haunted House. In 1991 he established "The Classic", a seasonal camping and disc golfing event attended by many family and friends.

Larry is survived by his parents Robert and Rita Ader of Sheboygan; a sister, Nancy (Tom) Kissinger of Hartland; three brothers, Tom Ader of Kiel, John (Sue) Ader of Cleveland and Richard (Vesna) Ader of Portland, OR; and his much loved nieces and nephews, Ashley Ader, Peter, Austin and Kamryn Kissinger, Nathan Ader and Oliver and Tabitha Ader. Other family and friends also survive.

A funeral service for Larry will be held 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 6 at the Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Cerpich officiating. Entombment will take place in Calvary Mausoleum. Family and friends may gather at the Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home, 1535 S. 12 St. on Friday evening from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.

A memorial fund has been established in Larry's name.
