Kleeman, Richard A. "Dick"

Richard "Dick" A. Kleeman, age 80, of Sheboygan passed away on Monday, October 28, 2013 at St. Nicholas Hospital.

Dick was born on October 3, 1933 in Sheboygan, a son to Allen and Viola (Weiss) Kleeman. He graduated from Sheboygan Central High School in 1951. On March 4, 1961 he was united in marriage to Rae Jane Voss and she preceded him in death on July 9, 1999. Dick served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict as a helicopter mechanic. Dick had owned and operated Kleeman Sheet Metal and Heating until his retirement, a 50 year span. The company is now known as Kleeman Mechanical, Inc. Dick enjoyed fishing with the boys on Lake Michigan, trap shooting, deer hunting with the "Martini Hollow" gang, western movies and Johnny Cash music.

Dick was a member of the Riverside Boat Club and the Farmers and Sportsman Club.

Dick is survived by his sons, Rick A. (Cara) Kleeman of Sheboygan Falls, Rodd L. Kleeman and Russ J. Kleeman (fiancé Parmalee), all of Sheboygan; his special little buddy, Dakota and a sister, Patricia (Paul) Riehl of Sheboygan Falls. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews. Along with his wife and parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Riemer and her husband, Clay.

A gathering of friends and relatives will be held on Friday, November 1 from 2 p.m. until; 4 p.m. at the Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home, 1535 S. 12 St. A celebration of Dick's life with all friends and family will follow starting at 5 p.m. at the Riverside Boat Club, 1228A Wisconsin Ave. Entombment will be in Garden Terrace Mausoleum.

A memorial fund has been established in Dick's name.
