Darrah, Scott B.
Scott B. Darrah, 51, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at his home.
Scott was born in Barron, Wisconsin on July 5, 1961, a son of the late Carl H. and Leone J. (Klefstad) Darrah. He attended schools in Sheboygan and following high school enlisted and served in the U.S. Marine Corps. On January 15, 1994 he was united in marriage to Leah Buttz. Scott was employed with Dutchland Plastics. Scott enjoyed the outdoors spending time fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed entertaining with family at his home.
Scott is survived by his wife, Leah; his children, Charles Darrah of Mora, Minnesota and Crystal (James) Wilhite of Sheboygan Falls; two grandchildren, Willow and Jade; his brothers, Steve (Deborah) Darrah of DeRidder, LA and Brooks Darrah of Chicago; his sisters, Brenda (Jim) Markelz of Sheboygan and Carla Darrah (Michael O'Donnell) of Sheboygan Falls and his mother-in-law, Marjorie Buttz of Sheboygan. Nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members further survive. He was preceded in death by his parents and father-in-law, Larry Buttz.
A memorial service for Scott will be held on Sunday, December 30 at 5 p.m. at the Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home with Ken Wilhite officiating. Burial will be in the Wayside Cemetery, Barron, WI. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home, 1535 S. 12 St. on Sunday afternoon from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 5 p.m. Military rites will be accorded by VFW Post 9156 following the service.
In preference to flowers memorials in Scott's name are appreciated.
