Stefan G. Reiner

Stefan G. Reiner was born July 23, 1931 to the late Carl and Kornelia Reiner and passed away peacefully June 25, 2014. He immigrated to Sheboygan from Budapest, Hungary in 1949. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Steve was united in marriage to Audrey in 1956, who preceded him in death in 2006. He worked at Paper Box and Specialty for over 40 years as a tool and die maker. For many years Steve was a cameraman for WSCS-TV recording public meetings and events, traveling around in his powder blue VW Bug. He also enjoyed meeting with his friends for breakfast at McDonald's and was a Monday and Friday night regular at Randall's. Steve was a longtime member at First Christian Reformed Church.

Steve is survived by his son, Michael of Sheboygan; daughter, Nancy (Peter) DeBoer of Grand Rapids, MI; grandchildren, Matthew Reiner and Kate (fiancé John Kronke) Reiner, both of Sheboygan and Jacob Van Ravenswaay of Grand Rapids, MI and 2 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30, 2014 at First Christian Reformed Church, 428 Geele Ave., Sheboygan, from 4:00 P.M. until the time of Memorial Service at 6:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choosing are appreciated.
