Graham, Sr.

Celebration of Life services for Robert Taylor ("R.T.") Graham, Sr., 92, will be held Friday, June 6, 2014, 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Converse with Bro. Tim Patrick officiating. Interment will immediately follow on the grounds of Converse Cemetery, Converse, LA under the direction of Rose-Neath's Funeral Home in Mansfield, LA.

The family would like to welcome guests for visitation at Rose-Neath's Mansfield Chapel on Thursday, June 5, 2014, from the hours of 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Mr. Graham was born June 24, 1921, in Converse, LA to the late Oscar Valentine and Lou Bazemore Graham and was called to his Heavenly home June 2, 2014 in New Mexico. He was a Mason for over 50 years and a member of the Converse Masonic Lodge. Mr. Graham served this grateful nation by serving in the United States Army Air Corp., during WWII. He was an avid fisherman, who enjoyed spending time in the outdoors. Mr. Graham always enjoyed his ice cream with his grandchildren for family was his life. He will be remembered as a devoted husband, loving father and a dedicated grandfather that will be missed by all.

Mr. Graham is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Travis V. Graham.

Left to cherish the beautiful memories of Mr. Graham will be his beloved wife of 66 years, Johnnie Louise McComb Graham; three sons, Robert Taylor Graham, Jr. and wife Sharon, Michael McComb Graham and wife Amy and Lloyd Dean Graham; one brother, Dr. Gerald Hugh Graham and wife Carol, four grandchildren, Laura Graham, Ashley "Queenie" Graham Moreland and husband Brent, Christopher Graham and Rebecca "Becca" Graham, along with a number of extended family members and many wonderful friends.
