BUHL, Gerald W. (Age 65) Passed away August 28, 2013 in Spokane Valley, WA. He was born October 10, 1947 in Potlatch, ID and spent most of his life in the Spokane area. He attended Central Valley High School and was a decorated combat veteran, serving in the US Army in Vietnam. Over the years he worked as a salesman in industrial welding and fabrication. Gerald is survived by his daughter, Necole Flerchinger and her husband Luke of Spokane Valley; three grandchildren, Cole, Carter and Grace; two brothers and their families, Nick Buhl of Spokane, Robert Buhl of New Mexico. Gerald shared a special relationship with his niece, Mindy Frey-Horn, who was instrumental in his care during his final illness. Gerald is also survived by his former wife, Vicky Stehlar, and will be greatly missed by his many friends. A committal service with military honors will be Friday, September 6, 2013 at 1:30pm at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery, 21702 W. Espanola Rd., Medical Lake, WA.
