In Loving Memory of JUDD, James Brewster (Age 94) Passed away on June 23, 2014 in Inchelium, WA. He was born the son of John Stanley and Winnie (Premo) Judd on May 28, 1920 in Chehalis, WA. At the age of 12, James moved with his family from Chehalis, WA to Inchelium where the family farmed and raised cattle. He attended school in Inchelium, and graduated from Inchelium High School. Following high school, James enlisted in the United States Army and proudly served his country in the Pacific Theatre of WWII. While in serving in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, James was stationed in occupied Korea and the Philippines. After his honorable discharge in 1946, James returned to Inchelium and continued to work on the family farm. On October 2, 1949, James married Audrey Markham and the couple raised their four daughters in Inchelium. In 1957, he went to work for the Inchelium School District until his retirement after 27 years of employment. In James' spare time, he enjoyed working on his farm, tending to his vegetable garden, hunting, camping, but most importantly, spending time with his family. There wasn't anything James wouldn't do for his family or friends and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him. James was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Robert Judd; and sister, Lillian Wilson. He is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Audrey, Inchelium, WA; daughters Patricia Crandall, Inchelium, WA; Jodie Judd, Inchelium, WA; Lynne Anderson and her husband Randy, Spirit Lake, ID; Sue Warwick and husband Rusty, Davenport, WA; grandchildren Jamie Crandall, Spokane, WA; Lindsey Anderson and husband Justin, Post Falls, ID; Ashley Petersen and husband Dave, Nampa, ID; Kelsey Anderson, Post Falls, ID; and many close friends including nephew Sam Judd and wife Janet; and Debby Lawrence, who he considered his fifth daughter. A memorial service for James will be held at 10:00 a.m. on June 28, 2014 at the Inchelium Community Church. If one so wishes, memorial contributions can be made in James' name to Missionary Aviation Fellowship (MAF), C/O David Petersen or the Inchelium Community Church.
