KENT, Thomas R. August 12, 1929 - July 14, 2013 Tom passed away peacefully July 14, 2013 surrounded by family. He was born in McHenry, Illinois. On July 10, 1954, he married Betty L. Aronson. He graduated from the University of Illinois in 1956. Most of his career was spent working in the banking industry. He started at Old National Bank in 1963. He served as president of the downtown Kiwanis Club in 1978-79. He dedicated his life to his family. Tom will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by his wife Betty, and grandson Kent Sullivan. He is survived by daughters Carol (Rodger) Grass, Sue (Dan) Sullivan, Linda (Kevin) McCray, and grandchildren Craig (Brenda) Grass, Melissa (0rin) Fitzgerald, Alisha (Jake) Parkison, Christina Sullivan, Shauna (Wes) Rimel, Cara (Justin) Ewing, and great-grandson Tighe Fitzgerald. A private memorial will be held. The family requests a period of silent prayer at your church of choice, at home, or wherever you may be.
