KEVIN MCMILLIAN BELL Kevin McMillian Bell, 55, of Oak Island passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2014 at his home. Mr. Bell was born December 19, 1958 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late Thomas Bell and Lois Bell and grew up in Fayetteville, NC. He was also preceded in death by his loving and cherished mother Joyce Bell. Mr. Bell was the owner of Bell's Supply Inc. on Oak Island; a member of Ocean View United Methodist Church; a charter member of the Oak Island Elks Lodge; and had served on the Oak Island Town Council for twelve years including four years as mayor pro-tem. Surviving are his wife Shelia Rouse Bell; three sons, Jamie Bell, Wesley Bell and Tommy Bell, all of Oak Island; four grandchildren, Owen Bell, Ashlyn Bell, Adyson Bell and Brantley Bell; three brothers, Mike Bell (Stephanie), Danny Hunter (Leslie), and Tim Bell (Michele); two sisters, Dodie Bell and Nancy Hosterman (Mike); many nieces, nephews and his Bell's Supply family. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday, April 11, 2014 at Ocean View United Methodist Church with Pastor Fred Roberts officiating.
