LEROY O. KERR 75, passed away at St. Joseph's Hospital on Sunday. Mr. Kerr served four years in the Marine Corps and later retired from GE General Electric; he was also Troop Leader for the Boy Scouts. He is preceded in death by his parents, Claude Kerr and Ruby Corbett; two brothers, Morgan Kerr, and Edward Hill; and grandson, Cameron Riggle. Survivors include two sons, LeRoy Kerr, and Christopher Kerr; four daughters, Kathleen Riggle, Anne-Marie Kerr, Pamela Hunter, and Alison Livesey; two sisters, Celeste Corbett, and Sharon Stanton; 8 grandchildren, 2 ½ great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held at Fairhaven Funeral Homes and Crematory, Garden City on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at 6:00 pm with Rev. Homer McKeithan officiating.
