Pullens, Glenn B. Age 85 of Eden Prairie, MN. Born in Milwaukee, WI on 3/4/1927. Mpls South High School graduate, state track champion, excelled in football and golf. He was the first African American to earn a letter playing football for the University of Minnesota under Coach Bernie Berman. Glenn became a very successful car salesman for Grossman Chev and then owned two used car sales lots on Lake Street. He was an expert in business computer sales where he was the first black person to sell main frame computers in the Twin Cities, Duluth and Superior. When he worked for Data Documents, Glenn served their largest territory. Preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Josephine Pullens. Survived by his beloved wife, Phyllis, other loving family and many cherished friends. Visitation 5-8 PM THURSDAY, Albin Chapel, 6855 Rowland Road, Eden Prairie, MN.
