REDMAN, Marshall Sidney|
Marshall Sidney Redman died October 10th at the age of 68.
Born August 10, 1945 and raised in Houston, he
graduated from Tulane
University (Phi Beta Kappa), University of Michigan Law School, and Boston University (Masters of Law). He served as a Public Defender and City
Attorney in Detroit. He also worked as an attorney at TX DOT in Houston. In 1999,
following some health issues, Marshall moved to Austin to be close to family.
Quiet, brilliant, gentle, kind, thoughtful, learned, honest,
eccentric - these terms describe Marshall. He was loved by all who knew him. He is preceded in death by parents, Sylvia and Harry Redman, and brother, Terry. He is survived by sister, Bette Reichman, brother-in-law, Jeff, and beloved nephew, Spencer.
A graveside funeral service will be held at half past one o'clock in the afternoon on Sunday, October 13th 2013 at Beth Israel #3 in Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery, Pflugerville, Texas.
