When the boys were grown, Nina returned to school at Incarnate Word for her teaching certificate, and then taught for over twenty years at Harmony Hills Elementary, where she was a much beloved and admired 2nd grade teacher. Nina had a love for reading that she instilled in others. She had a great passion for life, and was active in her church and numerous clubs. After many years of devotion to family and community, Nina's warm and joyful nature has left a long history of loving relations and friendships. She will be missed.
