Larry "Wayne" Clark

KLAMATH FALLS - Larry (Wayne) Clark, 65, died February 8, 2013, at his home in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

Wayne was born December 26, 1947 in McCook, Nebraska to Merrill and Patricia (Waits) Clark. Wayne was a man that had the ability to get along with anyone. Wayne will be remembered by his hearty laughter that would fill a room, his love for traveling to Thailand, his desire to enjoy life to its fullest, and his ability to charm anyone. He is a man that will be missed by so many.

Wayne leaves behind a son that he was very proud of, Joshua Clark. He is also survived by his mother, Patricia Clark; sister, Gaye Greear; twin brother, Gary (Duane) Clark; sister, Marsha Clark; his former wife and mother of his son, Mary Clark; as well as his many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Wayne was a graduate of South Salem High in 1966. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and served in the Navy from 1968 to 1972 and served as a fireman on the ships. Wayne began working for Burlington Northern/Santa Fe Railroad in 1979 and retired in 2010 in maintenance.

He was predeceased by his father, Merril Clark; former wife and first love, Melinda Clark; and his baby sister, Dawn Clark.

Wayne will be missed but never forgotten, he will be forever and always in our hearts.

Family and friends please join us at Wayne's, "Celebration of Life" potluck at Salem Eagles Club, in Salem Oregon, on February 24, 2013 at 11:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, a trust has been established for Josh Clark to help with any additional services needed at Bank of America.
