Francis Paul Endris

Francis Paul Endris, 64, of Biloxi, died Monday, July 15, 2013 at his home in Biloxi.
Paul was born on September 3, 1948 in Biloxi, MS. He attended Catholic schools, where he graduated from Notre Dame High School. Soon after, Paul joined the United States Army and served two terms in the Vietnam War. He was very proud to have served his country. Paul retired from Ingalls Shipyard where he worked many years as a pipefitter. There, he was known as, "The Greek." Paul was a charter Member of the Krewe of Harlequins of Biloxi, serving as past King, Duke, and Treasurer. He enjoyed Mardi Gras, Halloween, and feeding seagulls along the beach. As you may know, Paul had his own way of doing things. One main hobby was recycling to help make a difference in the world.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Louis II and Ethel Endris.
Paul is survived by his wife, Penny Endris; three step-children, Rachel Leornas and husband Donnie, Kristi Adams and husband Bill, and Darrell Ross. He will sadly be missed by his grandchildren, Morgan Ulrich, Miriam Adams, Cory St. Amant, Takara, Donnie, and Vivian Leornas, and Marissa and Lauren Ross. Paul is also survived by his two brothers, Gene Endris and Louis III and wife, Carol Endris; his nephew, Lewis IV; niece, Donna Endris; great nephews, Louis V, and Joseph Endris; and his best friend of many years, Kay Gonzales.
Visitation will be held from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. on Friday, July 19, 2013 at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home with funeral services following. Interment will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery.
