Cousineau, Christina B., 63, of Lauderhill, FL, passed away on April 29, 2013 after a courageous battle with breast cancer. She was a former Miami Dolphin cheerleader in 1978 and a member of PHI BETA PSI cancer sorority. She is survived by her husband Alain Cousineau; her daughter Natasha L. Damner (Barton) of Sausalito, CA; grandsons Baxter Buckbee and Derby Hudson Damner; father Robert L. Maphis of Ft. Lauderdale; brothers Tyrone Maphis of Ft. Lauderdale and Robert Maphis (Suzanne) of Windermere, FL; nieces Brianna, Alexa and Ava; step-daughters Josee Cousineau of Chelsea, Quebec and Judith S. Cousineau of Vancouver, Canada; and step-granddaughter Mathilde. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at Fred Hunter's Downtown Ft. Lauderdale Chapel, 718 S. Federal Highway, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33316 from 4:30 to 6:30 pm with a service to follow at 6:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Joe DiMaggio's Children's Hospital Foundation, 3711 Garfield St., Hollywood, FL 33021. Condolences may be shared at www.fredhunters.com.
