Eli Louis Fields, 81, passed away at home, in Fort Myers, FL on January 14, 2014. Born to Benjamin and Rosalyn (Hess) Feldman on October 21, 1932 in Charleston, SC. Eli grew up with his siblings, Harold, Sam and Regina in Palatka, FL and graduated from Putnam HS. He entered the University of Florida at 16 on a baseball scholarship, where he met and married Rhoda Budnick, and graduated in 1956 with a degree in Law. Eli lived and practiced law in Ft Lauderdale with his wife, where they raised their 3 children; Sheree Jackson, Adam Fields and Kimberly Fields. He adored his grandchildren; Ryan and Matthew Jackson (New York) and Max and Erin Fields (SC); as well as his niece Launa Ryan (MA) and David Fields (NYC).
