Riddleberger, Jane J devoted wife, mother and grandmother, died November 9 at St. Andrew's retirement community in Boca Raton, FL. She was 93. Mrs. Riddleberger was born in 1919 in Lake Charles, LA. She attended Louisiana State University. In 1942, she married Hugh Riddleberger. They were married for 50 years until Mr. Riddleberger's death in 1992. Mrs. Riddleberger is survived by three children: Hugh Riddleberger (Louise) of Nobleboro, ME & New Orleans, LA, Patty Truitt (Dawson) of Washington, DC and Beth Cundy (Tom) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL & by seven grandchildren & two great grandchildren. Her eldest child, Susan, died in 1960. Before settling in Boca Raton, the Riddlebergers lived in Pawling, NY, New York City, Grosse Pointe, MI and Bethesda, MD where Mr. Riddleberger was headmaster of various independent schools. After their tenure at Landon School in Bethesda, the Riddlebergers retired to Chestertown, MD where they lived prior to moving to Boca Raton. In all these cities, Mrs. Riddleberger, because of her vivacious and loving personality, made many, many friends. Mrs. Riddleberger's greatest love was her family. Both her children and grandchildren benefitted from her kind spirit and savvy wisdom. She will be greatly missed by her large and loving family. Memorial contributions may be made to the
