Leonard Raymond Eisenstein of Boynton Beach, FL for the past 15 years, formerly of Dallas, TX, Kansas City, MO & Chicago, IL, died on March 15, 2014 in Boynton Beach, FL. Mr. Eisenstein was born in Chicago 89 years ago. He graduated with a Bachelors degree from University of Illinois. He was a member of the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity. Mr. Eisenstein served our country during WWII in the US Army Air Corps in the Western Pacific. He was Vice President of Operations for Mendel's of Kansas City, MO a fashion design and manufacturing company. He was also member of the Artist Guild. Beloved husband of the late Joan Dale Eisenstein (March 10, 2005) Left to cherish his memory are his loving children, James David (Audrey Crocker) Eisenstein, Dr. Amy E. Stone & Dr. Gregg Stone, Dr. Caren Eisenstein Gallaher & Dr. Tom Gallaher, cherished grandfather of Julia Eisenstein, Hope Eisenstein, Samantha Stone, Peyton Gallaher, Aidyn Gallaher & Eliza Gallaher and Max The Dog. Chapel services to honor the memory of Leonard Raymond Eisenstein will be held on Thursday - March 27, 2014 at 12:45 p.m. at Rubin Memorial Chapel 7340 Boynton Beach, FL 33437 (561) 853-3000. Mr. Eisenstein and Joan Dale Eisenstein will be laid to rest at the South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, Florida.
