Victoria Saracco Ferraro, who lived most of her retirement years in Del Ray Beach, FL, died peacefully at home in McLean, VA on April 12, surrounded by family and friends. She was 94. A native of Paterson, NJ, she resided the past decade in Northern Virginia. Her husband, Dr. Eugene T. Ferraro, a former teacher and defense industry executive who served as deputy undersecretary for manpower with the U.S. Air Force during the Johnson Administration, died in 1989. They earlier lived in Glen Rock, NJ, where they raised their family and she later worked for the Social Security Administration. She is survived by: a daughter, Gina Barbara Lewis (Warren) of McLean; two sons, Phil Ferraro (Nancy) of Prince Edward Island, Canada, and Thomas Ferraro (Maureen) of Davidsonville, MD; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 18, at St. John's Catholic Church in McLean.
