Obituary

Edmond D. Phillips died Dec. 31, 2012, at home. He was born in Franklin, Tenn., and lived in Stuart since 1995, coming from McLean, Va. Before retirement, he was the owner of E-Tech. He was an Army veteran. He was a graduate of Vanderbilt University. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Palm City and Willoughby Golf & Country Club, Stuart. Survivors include his daughter, Allison P. Wiedeman of Davidsonville, Md.; son, S. Kelly Phillips of Ashburn, Va.; and five grandchildren. Services: A memorial celebration will be at 2 p.m. Jan. 5 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Palm City, with the Rev. Tom Hartley officiating.
