ROBERT REED CLEMENS Robert Reed Clemens, 88, went to be with the Lord on April 28, 2014. He was born in Milton,
Pennsylvania and graduated from Milton High School in 1943. He then enlisted in the Air Force Reserve, receiving his pilot's Commission and Wings in 1945. He married Nancy S. Adams on August 12, 1945, in Milton. They moved to Florida in 1955. After later settling in Fort Pierce, Bob became full-time Controller at Bill Shultz Chevrolet until semi- retiring in 1993. He remained with Shultz as part-time Auditor/Consultant until December, 2013. He was a member of the Port St. Lucie Recreation Committee, umpired for Little League, was Past Commodore of the PSL Yacht Club, served on the Treasure Coast Hospice Board of Directors, the Tropical Isles Homeowners Association and Co-op Boards, and as Treasurer and Council President at St. Andrew Lutheran Church. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Nancy in 2005, and is survived by two daughters, Cathy (Bill) Winkler of Sarasota, and Karen (Gary) Pearson, Port Orange; one son, Keith (Dana) of Atlanta, five grandchildren, eight great- grandchildren, and loving companion, Mary Lou Carbonneau. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Port St. Lucie on Saturday, May 17, at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Andrew Lutheran Memorial Garden Fund or Treasure Coast Hospice.
