Samuel O. Bryant, 90, of St Lucie West, Florida, passed away on May 7, 2014 at his residence. Sam was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, on June 20, 1923. He served in the U. S. Army under General McArthur in the South Pacific. He was a proud WWII veteran and a member of the Sons of the American Revolution. He is survived by his best friend of sixty-five years, Francis X. Lawrence, and sisters Ann Bryant Hembree of Alabama, Renee Bryant Kitchen of Arizona and Allene Bryant Grassi of Colorado. In keeping with Sam's wishes, there is no memorial service.
