WILLIAM BAYSURA SR. January 29, 1931- July 14, 2014 William Baysura passed away peacefully on Monday morning, July 14, 2014. William was a Combat Wounded Purple Heart recipient and veteran of the Korean War and accomplished golfer from the Pittsburgh PA area. William was a founding member of Seven Oaks C.C. in Beaver Falls, PA. Among his many titles, his back to back City of Pittsburgh Golf Championships 1952-1953 were his favorite. It was played on Schenley Park Golf course where he caddied as a boy. He is survived by his wife Jacqueline of Vero Beach, children William Jr. (Kelly) of Vero Beach, Jacqueline Runk (Tom) of Wall, NJ, grandchildren William III "Liam" and Ava Baysura of Vero Beach, Brandon and Jordan Baysura of Wall. A memorial service will be held 10 AM, Thursday, July 17 at Strunk Funeral Home in Vero. A guest book is available at www.strunkfuneralhome.com.
