Richard Lee Moore

Richard Lee Moore, 81, passed away on March 1, 2014 in Tallahassee, Florida. Richard was born in Wintersville, Ohio to Marcus and Mildred Moore.

After high school Richard enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, where he developed an interest in aeronautics.
He would later become a jet engine technician, and finally served as an instructor at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University until his retirement in 1996.
Richard was a member of Tallahassee Heights United Methodist Church . In his spare time Richard enjoyed playing with his "toys"; motorcycles, jet skis, power kites, and horses to name a few.

He is survived by his beloved wife Kathryn "Kitty" Tyler-Moore; children: Tim Moore (Sharon), David Moore (Connie), Patricia Tremblay (Phil), Katherine Moore-Barlow (Richard); his brother Dale Moore (Sandy), and four grandchildren.
Special thanks to Craig Brown and Lori Forster who aided in his care.
Interment will be held in a Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
