FINCH, JamesAge 92 of Pensacola, FL, went to be with his Lord on August 27, 2013. He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Mary Finch; two sisters, Willie Blanche Baldwin and Mary Ann Watkins. Mr. Finch is survived by his wife of almost 66 years, Matha Howard Finch; daughters, Susan (Larry) Morton and Cindy (Ken) Madison; grandchildren, Jessica Morton, Ben Morton and Josh Madison. A veteran of WWII, Mr. Finch began working for the railroad in Pensacola, FL, moving to Montgomery, AL, then on to Nashville, TN. He had lots of great memories with the L&N Railroad. He would have been retired 30 years this month. Mr. Finch loved his family and always put them first. He was dedicated in his last years to making sure his wife was well cared for and honored. He had many friends through the years. A chapel service will be held at ten o'clock in the morning on Thursday, the 29th of August, 2013 at the South Mausoleum at Woodlawn Memorial Park. A Celebration of Life Service will also be held at Bayview Memorial Park in Pensacola, FL at two o'clock in the afternoon on Friday, the 30th of August, 2013 with visitation held one hour prior to the service.
