BUNCH, Mary Lee Donlon Of Brentwood, born on July 2, 1950, passed away suddenly September 22, 2013. She was preceded in death by her father, William E. Donlon, Sr., and her mother, Ernestine Scarlett. She is survived by her husband, Milton Bunch; sisters, Kate (Jeff) Hilton and Teresa (Mike) Avery, both of Benton, AR; a brother, William E. Donlon, Jr. of Bloomington, Indiana; and her nieces and nephews. She was a member of St. Henry's Catholic Church and a graduate of St. Cecilia Academy. She attended Vanderbilt University and was the owner of Mary Lee Bunch and Associates Educational Consulting business. Her strongest interests in life were her family, her church, and her passion for students and education. For thirty years her business has provided home school classes as well as afternoon and evening tutoring sessions for area students. For twenty-three years she was a volunteer for a weekly tutoring program at Pearl-Cohn High School. Eight years ago this program became the non-profit organization titled In Full Motion, teaching and preparing students for ACT tests. She served as their Education Specialist and Vice Chair of the Board. She was an unparalleled mentor who gave unstintingly of her time, talents, intelligence, wit, and integrity to literally thousands of students, faculties, families, and friends. A Celebration of her Life will be held Monday, September 30th, at St. Henry's Catholic Church at 10 a.m., and a reception will follow. Her family will receive friends at St. Henry's on Sunday, September 29th, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and on Monday, September 30th, from 9-10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Father Ryan High School.
