McNAIR, Steven LaTreal "Steve"July 4, 2009. Survived by devoted wife of 12 years, Jonula Mechelle McNair; children, Steven L., Steven O., Tyler and Trenton; mother, Lucille McNair; father, Selma (Ann) McNair; brothers, Fred (Barbara), Tim (Sharina), Jason (Avril), Michael "Doc"; and a host of other relatives and friends. Public visitation will be held Thursday, July 9, 2009 from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m., at Robert E. Lewis Memorial Chapel, and at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 7594 Old Hickory Blvd., from 3 - 6:30 p.m., with Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc., "Omega" service at 6:30 p.m. The Memorial service will immediately follow at 7 p.m., with Bishop Joseph W. Walker III officiating. Mr. McNair's remains will lie in state at Reeves Funeral Home, 1167 Rock Hill Road, Mt. Olive, MS on Friday, July 10, 2009 from 6-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Reed Green Coliseum on the campus of University of Southern MS. in Hattiesburg, MS, beginning at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 11, 2009.
