FRASER Malcolm
The Chairman of the Board and Director of the Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health honour the life of the Rt Hon Malcolm Fraser AC. Malcolm was a Governor of the Florey and he and Tamie have been great supporters of our work since 1998. He will be missed for his compassionate commitment to improving the human condition. He campaigned tirelessly for Australia to be a generous and fair country and for this, we are grateful.
We send our deepest condolences to Tamie, Phoebe, Mark, Angela and Hugh.

I was a career Australian Public Servant for the full term of Mr. Fraser's Prime Ministership. Under his leadership, the Public Service ran exceptionally well: an indication of "top down" leadership. His government had much respect.
