Funeral Services for H.C. Conley Hogan, 91, of Highland Village, TX formerly of West Monroe, LA will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, October 18, 2013 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA with Rev. Neil Everett officiating. Interment will follow in the Hasley Cemetery in West Monroe, LA.

Mr. Hogan was born on November 1, 1921 in Wyatt, LA and passed away on October 14, 2013. He was a highly decorated Veteran of WWII, receiving the Purple Heart for his service in the 5th Army under General Patton. Mr. Hogan was in the grocery business in the Monroe Area for over 60 years. He loved spending time with his family, and worshiped his grandchildren, great grandchildren. Mr. Hogan is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Alice Hogan; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hogan; daughter, Debbie Hogan; grandson, Joe Hogan; brothers and sisters, DeWitt Hogan, J.W. Hogan, L.C. "Shorty" Hogan and Earline "Bill" Saterfiel.

Survivors include his son, Eddie Hogan; daughter, Ann Hogan; grandchildren, Michelle Barnwell and husband, Clay; Luke Hogan, and Liz Hogan; great grandchildren, Jon, Jake, Alli, and Brooke Barnwell; sister, Elaine Steelman; sister-in-law, Billyee Hogan; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Steelman, Dale Sandifer, Bobby Milner, Kent Hogan, Charles Hogan and Jack Beasley.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Thursday, October 17, 2013 at Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.

Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
