Huey Antley

Funeral services will be held for Huey Antley, 85, of West Monroe at 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 17, 2014 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. Rev. Gregory Antley and Rev. Jim Shook will be officiating. Interment will follow at Acree Cemetery, Point, LA .

Mr. Antley was a member, deacon and treasurer at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Mr. Antley was preceded in death by his brothers, Aubry Antley and Smith Antley; sisters, Grace Pixley and Betty Tucker. Mr. Antley was a retired machinist from James Machine Works.

He is survived by his wife, Bobbie Kirkland Antley; sons, Huey Wayne Antley and wife Suzanne, Gregory Antley and wife Tina, Timothy Antley; daughter, Beth Smalling and husband Mike; grandchildren; Christina and Gregory Antley and Adrianna Smalling; numerous nieces and nephews.

Nephews will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearer will be Carl Ellard.

Visitation will be Friday, May 16, 2014 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
