Amy Lefchak, 45, of Dillsburg, died on Wednesday. Her husband of 12 years is Daniel Lefchak.

Born in Archbald, Amy was the daughter of Jean Pickard and the late James Pickard. She was a graduate of Valley View High School, class of 1985, and Lehigh University, class of 1989. She received her masters degree from Penn State University. Amy spent most of her career with the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, recently serving as Assistant Director of the ITS Business Operations Office in Harrisburg.
Amy was a loving mother and wife who was a devoted fan of her children's sports.
She is also survived by two children, Jimmy, 11, and Lauren, 9; two sisters, Jennifer Arnolie and husband, Anthony, Vienna, Va.; and Jill Rodriguez and husband, Vincent, Clarks Summit; five nieces and nephews, A.J., Alayna and Grace Arnolie; Benjamin and Nicholas Rodriguez; and a host of other relatives, extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. in the Cocklin Funeral Home Inc., 30 N. Chestnut St., Dillsburg.
Visitation will be held Sunday from 1 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 555 North Lane, Conchohocken, PA 19428.
