Bruce D. Curnoles, 65, of Spring Brook Twp., died Sunday morning at home. He is survived by his wife, Vicky (Daniels) Curnoles.

Born in Baltimore, Md., son of the late George and Wilma (Roos) Curnoles, Bruce graduated from Pocono Mountain High School in 1968, and served in the Coast Guard. Before retiring, he worked in the Learning Resource Center at the Tobyhanna Army Depot.

Bruce was an avid fan of the N.Y. Yankees and proud of his large collection of Yankee memorabilia. He enjoyed playing video games, but the time he spent with his family, especially his nieces and nephews, was most important.

Bruce is also survived by his daughter, Gretchen Curnoles, Mount Pocono; his son, Jeff, Pittsburgh; his stepson, Edward Bloskey, Mifflenburg; his stepdaughter, Deanna Henry, Stroudsburg; his brothers, Wayne Curnoles and his wife, Carol, Lancaster; and Keith Curnoles, Lee County, Fla.; his brothers and sisters-in-law, Sue Daniels Ratajczak and her husband, Antony, Baldwin, Md.; Alvin Daniels and his wife, Roxann, Whitmarsh, Md.; Tammy Daniels, Spring Brook Twp.; Jimmy Daniels and his wife, Amy, Gouldsboro; Dennis Daniels, Abington, Md.; and Robert Daniels and his wife, Ann, Gouldsboro; and his grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He also was preceded in death by a sister, Susan Curnoles.

Interment with military honors will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Fairview Memorial Park in Elmhurst Twp. Family and friends are asked to proceed directly to the cemetery for the interment. Cremation took place at Strauch Cremation Center and Crematory in Lehigh Twp. Arrangements are entrusted to Brian Arthur Strauch Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, 3 First St., Spring Brook Twp.
