Patricia "Tricia" Ruth Telep, age 41, of Greenfield Township, Pa., passed away suddenly Tuesday afternoon at home. She is survived by her husband, Boris P. Telep.

Born March 15, 1972, in Scranton, Pa., she was the daughter of the late James and Mary (Rafalo) Mackrell. She was a member of St. Mary's Visitation Church, Dickson City. She was a graduate of Bishop O'Hara High School before attending Penn State University, where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in accounting. She worked part-time for Susan Faye Mancuso LLC and was a homemaker.

She was a loving mother, devoted wife, a wonderful sister and aunt. She always put her family first and loved surrounding herself with them. She loved animals, being outdoors, laughter and her children meant the world to her. She will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.

She is survived by two sons, James & Jacob Telep, both at home; seven sisters, Sharon Wood; Marybeth Kastawa & husband, Ronnie; Donna Canjar & husband, John; Linda McCormick & husband, Glenn; Paula Valentini; Ann Alaimo & husband, Richard; and Helen Taylor & husband, Robert; five brothers, James Mackrell, Thomas Mackrell, Richard Mackrell & wife, Sharon; Robert Mackrell & wife, Sandy; and John Mackrell & wife, Patricia; sister-in-law, Rebecca Morgan & husband, Robert; brother-in-law, Joseph Telep; nieces & nephews, Richard, Stacey, Paul, Brian, Stephanie, Jaclyn, John, Robert, David, Alyece, Shawn, Rebecca, C.J. (Godchild), Jill, Lisa, Angela, Courtney, Amanda and Zachary (Godchild), Henry, Alyssa, Paul and Nathan; eighteen great-nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by three infant sisters; and one nephew, Thomas Crellin.

The funeral will be held Saturday morning, March 8, 2014, at 9:15 a.m. from the Shifler-Parise Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 18 Airport Road, Clifford, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. in St. Mary's Visitation Church, Dickson City, celebrated by Monsignor Patrick J. Pratico, pastor. Interment, Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Greenfield Township.
