Ralph G. Hahn Jr., 59, of Moosic, died Saturday at Regional Hospital of Scranton after being stricken ill at home. His wife of 38 years is the former Rose Flynn Hahn.

Born in Scranton, he was the son of the late Ralph G. Sr. and Edna Beadle Hahn. He was a graduate of South Catholic Central High School, class of 1971, and attended Penn State University. He was formerly a member of the Air Force Reserve. He was employed by Cigna Health Care.
He was an avid bowler before his illness. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother, who will be deeply missed. He loved spending time with his grandson, Jacob.
Also surviving are two sons, Nolan and wife, Kelly, Trucksville; and Dr. Corey Hahn, Yakima, Wash.; a brother, Bruce and wife, Joyce; a sister, Beverly Shotto and husband, Charles, all of Scranton; a grandson, Jacob; an aunt, Sister Mara Beadle, S.C.C., Camp Hill; nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Judith A. Hahn.
