Ronald Telemko, 63, of Carbondale, died Thursday at the Carbondale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born in Carbondale, he was the son of the late Samuel and Agnes Novobilski Telemko. He was a member of St. Rose of Lima Church, Carbondale. A 1967 graduate of St. Rose High School, Carbondale, he attended Penn State University and the University of Scranton. Before his retirement, he was employed by Lockheed Martin, Archbald.
He was a great animal lover.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Carbondale Nursing and Rehabilitation for the outstanding care given to Ronny during his stay.
Surviving are a brother, Frank Telemko and his wife, Rosemary, Carbondale; an uncle, Anthony Telemko, Carbondale; and nieces, a nephew and cousins.
He was also preceded in death by a brother, James Telemko.
The funeral will be Monday from the Brennan & Brennan Funeral Home Inc., 55 Lincoln Ave., Carbondale, with Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Rose of Lima Church, Carbondale. Interment, Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Finch Hill. Friends may call Sunday, from 3 to 5 p.m.
