Hugh Ferguson Mt. Clemens Hugh Kenneth Ferguson of Mt. Clemens and formerly of Romeo died on Friday, October 12, 2012 at the age of 92 years. Hugh was born September 4, 1920 in Capac, a son of Ralph and Helen (nee Howard) Ferguson. During World War II, Hugh served his country in the United States Army. On May 17, 1941, he married Loretta Apple in Mt. Clemens. Hugh was a factory superintendent retiring in 1979 after 33 years with General Motors Pontiac Motor Division. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Surviving are his sons, Jim (Terri) Ferguson of Colby, Kansas and Jerry (Pam) Ferguson of Austin, Texas; daughters, Judy (Dewayne) Archer of Holbrook, New York; Janet (Tom) Sexton of Fair Haven and Joyce (David) Linsday of Fair Haven; brother, Floyd (Maxine) Ferguson of Capac; 14 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. Hugh was predeceased by his wife, Loretta on August 26, 2003, grandson, Jonathan Archer on October 3, 2010 and his parents. A committal service with military honors will take place at 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Bruce-Armada Cemetery, Bruce Township with Rev. William Otten officiating.
