Cynthia Hailey Aderhold

Funeral Services for Cynthia Hailey Aderhold will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 16, 2014, at Calvary Baptist Church, with Dr. David B. Brooks officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, under the direction of John Kramer & Son Funeral Home.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home and will resume on Wednesday at the church from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.

Cynthia Hailey Aderhold, 57, of Alexandria passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2014, at Rapides Regional Medical Center.

She is preceded in death by her step-father, James Ottis Fogleman; her father- in-law and mother-in-law, Donald D. and Alexandra P. Aderhold; and one aunt, Joe Ann Pate.

Cynthia was a graduate of Bolton High School. She worked as a teller for Rapides Bank for fourteen years, and then moved on to work as the secretary for ASH and Bolton High Schools for twenty years. Cynthia was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Alexandria. She loved spending time with her family and her two beloved dogs, Buud and Bonz. Cynthia was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend to many, she will be dearly missed.

Those left to cherish her memories include her husband of 32 years, Darryl S. Aderhold of Alexandria; her two children: Ashley Aderhold Phillips and her husband Christopher of Shreveport, and Troy Scott Aderhold and his wife Morgan of Sugar Land, Texas. She also leaves behind her mother Nancy Spencer Fogleman, and one step-brother William Allen Fogleman and his wife Stephanie, all of Baton Rouge.

The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Howard Wold and the Staff of M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.
