GRAFTON, Mass. - Paul F. Hussey, 84, passed away January 4, 2014, at Beaumont Nursing and Rehabilitation in Westboro.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Eleanor (Curran) Hussey; his daughter, Kathleen M. Gamache and her husband David; son Thomas F. Hussey and daughter Patricia A. Connor and her husband John; his sister, Mary D. Hussey; and his grandchildren, Joseph and Elizabeth Gamache and Matthew and Erin Connor. His brothers, John and Robert Hussey, predeceased him.

Paul was born September 12, 1929, in Worcester, son of the late Helen (Boyd) and Francis Hussey. He grew up in Worcester, graduating from Commerce High School and earning his degree from Wentworth Institute in Boston. He served in the U.S. Navy in Korea and worked as a research engineer for Wyman-Gordon for 30 years. Those who knew Paul will remember his devotion to his wife, Eleanor, and his children and the great pride he had for his four grandchildren, who will greatly miss their beloved "Pop Pop." His friends and family will also remember how he never said no to a card game, always finding himself in the middle of a game of pitch or at the cribbage board.

In lieu of flowers, his family requests you honor him with donations to The Massachusetts Veterans Shelter, 69 Grove St., Worcester, MA 01605.
