RIGGS, Frank B. "Red" May 2, 1929 – January 1, 2013 Born in Kamloops, BC and passed away peacefully in Campbell River, BC. Predeceased by his mother Melita, his wife Marion and brother Hal. He will always be remembered as "Unc" by his loving niece and nephews. He is also remembered by good friends in Victoria and Tahsis, BC. Frank received his pharmacy degree at Texas A&M and the University of Washington. He worked as a pharmacist in Victoria for many years before moving to Tahsis. He always had a laugh to share and a great story to tell. Many thanks to the doctors, nurses and support staff at the Campbell River Hospital for their care and compassion. A private family service will be held at a later date.
