FLOURNOY, Ray B. Sr., 83, of Henrico, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, December 5, 2012. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Madeline "Mickey" S. Flournoy; and parents, Mabel Flournoy and Thomas S. Flournoy Sr. He is survived by his daughters, Diane P. Flournoy and Elaine F. Burnette (Charles); son, Ray B. Flournoy Jr. (Laura); granddaughter, Jessica Bell (Adam); grandchildren, Kyle and Kimberly Burnette; great-grandchildren, Josephine and Kaylee Munford; sister, Yvonne Trotman; brothers, Stanhope, Stuart, John B. and Robert H. Flournoy; and numerous other family members. He was a longtime member of the Loyal Order of the Moose and a Korean War Veteran. The family will receive friends 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, December 9, 2012 at Morrissett Funeral and Cremation Service, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. (Rte. 10). His funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday December 10, 2012 at Church of the Redeemer, 8275 Meadowbridge Rd., Mechanicsville, Va. 23116. Interment will be 2 p.m. at Dale Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions be made to the , 4240 Park Place Ct., Glen Allen, Va. 23060.
