Alfred, a resident of Houston, TX, passed away after a battle with cancer. He was a long time resident of Vallejo. He lived his younger years in Puerto Rico, where he joined the U.S. Coast Guard. He lived his last 20 plus years in Houston, TX. He was extremely proud of his employment at the Veterans Cemetery in Houston.

Alfred dearly loved his family.

Survivors include mother, Margarita Sterling; wife, Barbara Bryant; three children; four grandchildren; two sibling; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Alfred will be missed by his many friends and family.
