Pasinello, Anthony WATERFORD Anthony S. Pasinello, 66, of Sidney Ave., died suddenly Sunday July 28, 2013 in Atlantic City, N.J. Born in Troy, he was the son of the late Anthony and Evelyn Coonradt Pasinello and was a 1965 graduate of LaSalle Institute in Troy. Tony had been employed by the NYS Thruway Authority for 30 years and retired in 2005. He was currently employed at Marra's Pharmacy in Cohoes. He was a veteran of the US Navy as well as the US Army Reserves. Tony has been a member of the Waterford Rescue Squad for the past 35 years and currently serves as its president. Over the years he has also served as captain, treasurer and chairman of the board of directors. He was also active with the Special Olympics and enjoyed coaching the participants. He also was a parent advocate and served as a member on the committee on special education at Waterford Halfmoon School for 13 years. Survivors include his wife, Linda Batto Pasinello; his children, Ramona Murphy (Mike) of Pennsylvania, Kelly M. Pasinello of West Sand Lake, Daniel A. Pasinello of Gloversville, Anthony Neveu of Albany, Patricia Ann Criscione of Wynantskill and Anthony Voellm (Elizabeth) of Oregon. He is brother of Sandra Eddy of Cohoes, Evelyn Christian of Green Island and Jerry Pasinello of Troy. Also surviving are eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Monday at 10 a.m. from the Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home, 133 Broad St. (Rte. 32), Waterford and at 10:30 a.m. at Waterford United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.
